There’s never enough cherry jam!
There is so much that you can do with cherries and we are going to try and give you as many great recipes as we can find!

Here’s the first of our ideas that you can easily accomplish once you have visited our U-Pick Cherry Orchard!
- 2lbs cherries
- 8 cups raspberries
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Stem and pit cherries.
In a large cooking pot, stir together the cherries, raspberries, and sugar.
Let stand for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the fresh lemon juice.
Cook over moderate heat, 30 to 40 minutes, or until it looks thickened.
Pour into canning jars and seal. Enjoy!
